Returns & Refunds (UK Only)
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to UK orders only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at shayanparmar@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivery delays are not grounds for a refund while an order is in transit.
